Farmers Insurance - David Flournoy Insurance Services, Inc., a full-service insurance agency in Aliso Viejo, Orange County, California 92656, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Sales Representative....

As the primary customer service representative you will be the anchor of the agency, and the first point of contact for existing and prospective clients. 

Farmers and its affiliated companies provide best-in-class risk solutions for personal lines of insurance including homeowners, condominium owners and other property types. Through Foremost, we also can provide coverage for vacant, seasonal & secondary properties, RV's & trailers, boats, jet-skis, mobile homes & more! You'll also be working on commercial insurance solutions including General Liability and Workers Compensation for the key industries Farmers serves. 

Responsibilities:

· Answer inbound calls

· Take payments and assist customers with billing

· Ability to uncover cross-sell opportunities of new and existing clients

· Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients

· Educate prospective clients on products and services

· Maintain record of client contact information

· Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, a plus but the best candidate will have the following skillsets:

· Ability to work independently and problem-solve

· Ability to follow through and do what you say

· Ability to build rapport with clients

· Ability to persuade and pivot from challenges to solutions

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Career and growth oriented

· Previous Farmers Insurance experience is a plus, but not required

· Property & Casualty license will be required but we can help you one within first 30 days

· Life and Health license is preferred but not required.
